CAN I CALL YOU?
Our phone number is (08) 6385 2666, however, the phone may not be answered while we are serving customers and is unattended outside of opening hours. For speedier replies, we encourage customers to contact us via the following methods:

All of these inboxes are checked multiple times a day and it is actually easier for us to answer your questions online because we can provide links to the right information and with a lot more detail to help with your enquiry.
Please note, if you are trying to contact us urgently in relation to your upcoming booking, first, please check our cancellation policy to better know your options, then, you can contact us via the above methods. We may not respond straight away, but we commit that we will honour your request to cancel or change a booking in accordance with the policy based on the time you sent your message, not when it was read by us. So it is vitally important that you contact us as soon as you know.
DO YOU HAVE AVAILABILITY?
We get a lot of emails about this. The easiest way to answer your question is check our bookings page. It has the most up-to-date info on session availability.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Our standard pricing is $59 per person for a 45-50min experience. This includes 30 minutes of game time plus 15-20 mins of briefing, suit-up/down, debriefing. We do run specials and discounts which will be advertised via social media or our mailing list. For large groups of 20+ players, group specials maybe available, contact us to find out at info@zerolatencyperth.com .
DO YOU DO SPLIT BILLING?
If your group would like to pay for tickets separately, this can still be done via the online booking system. You can book your own tickets and others in your group can logon separately and book the same session.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY AT ONCE?
A maximum of 8 players. Our experience does not support any additional players. For larger groups, you will need to book back-to-back sessions.
WHAT ABOUT CHILDREN?
Zero Latency is a licensed venue, all persons aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children may NOT be left unattended.
Players must be 10 years and over to play, selected games may have a higher recommended age. Children must be 130cm or taller in order to play. This is to ensure they are able to carry the equipment for an extended period and are able to follow instructions. Players under 13 must also have an adult in the VR session with them.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
This is an active experience so please make sure you wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear (ie. no high heels). We also recommend not wearing mascara as it can smudge the lens and impact your experience.
CAN I WEAR MY GLASSES?
Small framed glasses can be worn with the headsets. Nearsighted persons may be able to use without glasses or contacts.
WHO CAN OR CAN’T PLAY?
Players must be 10 years and over to play, selected games may have a higher recommended age. Children must be 130cm or taller in order to play.
Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. You will not receive a refund or credit.
You will need to be able to walk around, unassisted for an hour with full use of both hands. People with vision in one eye are able to play.
For safety reasons anyone with the following impairment/medical conditions are not able to play our Free-Roam VR:
- Epilepsy and similar seizure disorders.
- Deaf or severe hearing loss.
- Broken leg or arm.
- Wheelchair users – we do offer accessible experiences, please contact directly to arrange.
Our experiences are not recommended for anyone with the following impairment/medical conditions:
- Heart condition.
- Heavily pregnant.
However these groups may want to consider our ESCAPE ROOMS and other experiences which can be completed in a seated position:
- Broken leg or arm.
- Wheelchair users.
CAN THIS EXPERIENCE CAUSE MOTION SICKNESS?
Every part of the system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems.
Since changing our headsets in November 2016, 0.02% of our players have pulled out due to motion sickness.
WILL I WALK INTO A WALL?
No. We have in-game safety mechanisms and a Game Master to stop that happening. It is up to you to pay attention and follow all instructions at all times to remain safe.
HOW BIG A SPACE CAN I MOVE IN?
Zero Latency Perth currently has 128 square meters of game space. The virtual space is much larger however, and we reuse the space with some nifty tricks we have developed.
